Welcome to the coast... The vacation home Coast for up to 4 people is a real insider tip right on the Baltic Sea, with an exclusive south beach location in quiet Brodau. Here, sun, sea and salt conquer your senses! And to the white sand beach, you can quickly cross a small path. On two levels you can feel pure, very serene holiday atmosphere in the beach house. The decor style is fresh and elegant: bright white, warm natural tones, combined with stylish maritime black and white photographs on the walls. You can also look out on the sea in the coast - even if only to a limited extent from the upper floor Lazy days - whether in the whirlpool tub, sauna, hot fireplace or sundowner on the large wooden terrace. In the coast, there are two bedrooms in the attic. Room 1 with double bed, room 2 with two single beds. The cozy box spring beds combine design and high sleeping comfort. The house has a side sea view from the bedroom and is in 2nd row. In the beach house, luxury meets personal guest care - including bread and newspaper service, free Wi-Fi and child-friendly amenities such as high chair and travel cot. Please register in time! Washing machine and tumble dryer use is of course possible. Many useful things are already available in the beach house, so you don't need to take them with you, such as cleaning supplies, tea towels, ironing board, and iron. You can soak up the sun on the elevated wooden terrace. Garden furniture, loungers and an umbrella are available for you. The beach can be reached in just a few steps through your own access. Are you coming to the Baltic Sea with a dog? The fenced properties are also the perfect place for a wonderful holiday with your four-legged friend. You only go to the dog beach for 10 minutes. In the period from 15 September to 15 May you can also go to the beach right on your doorstep with your dog. Paradise also for the kids: own car-free access to the soft sandy beach and flat clear water. Within walking distance are two nice playgrounds and a mini golf course. Relax now.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
