Our guest apartment is located in Hemmendorf in a quiet location on the outskirts. Please do not smoke on the property! There are numerous leisure facilities in the area. In the neighboring village of Salzhemmendorf, the Ith-Sole-Therme, a wellness bath with a large sauna area, is located. There are a variety of shopping opportunities for everyday needs, several doctors and pharmacies, a hairdresser, a gas station, an indoor swimming pool and a riding facility. There is also a bakery in Hemmendorf.

Aber auch der Bahnhof Norstemmen liegt fußläufig nur ca. 10 Minuten (700m) entfernt. Es bestehen direkte Verbindungen nach Hildesheim, Hannover und auch zum Messegelände in Hannover-Laatzen.

The newly renovated apartment includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a conservatory with a large dining table. The house can accommodate 6 people and has a large garden to the back, from which the front area can be used by you. Hanover (trade fair) (17 km) and the cathedral city of Hildesheim (15 km) are within easy reach. Shopping& a bakery are within walking distance.

The apartment is located in Alfeld but still quietly located on the Sindelberg, in a purely residential area. From the apartment you can reach the pedestrian zone in approx. 10 minutes' walk. Where you can find shops such as bakeries, supermarkets, etc. A bus stop is located about 10 meters from the apartment, which runs every 30 minutes. Parking is available on the premises. Enjoy your evenings on the balcony, with magnificent views of the Leine Valley.

Hannover, Hameln and Hildesheim are easily accessible via federal highways 3, 217 and 1 in about 30 minutes.
