The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance from the garden. Interior: In the entrance to the right is a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. To the left of the entrance hall is the entrance to the kitchen - straight to the left is the bedroom and to the right is the living room. We live on the ground floor, 2 people and 1 cat. The cat doesn't come in the basement. We recommend that a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children live in the apartment. Large garden with barbecue area which you of course also have access to.

The view down to the lake is a beautiful panoramic picture, which visually changes from hour to hour throughout the day. Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.
