The apartments are located close to the city centre and the port of Aurich and offer comfortable accommodation for up to three people. Auricher city center and bus station are a few minutes' walk away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are several restaurants, the Auricher Swimming Pool "debaalje" with outdoor swimming pool, sauna scenery & children's playground and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems- Jade canal . The dock of the MS Aurich is in the immediate vicinity.

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem historischen ostfriesischen Arbeiterhaus von 1928. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. "Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
