Bikes can be securely locked in the basement. The penthouse floor can only be reached by residents with a chip via the elevator.

In this apartment you can start your rest from day one with a relaxed view of the lake. For excursions into nature, you can cycle from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or paddle with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. A “fire tv stick” is available to log in with Netflix & Co. 's own account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

Welcome to Plön! Enjoy an unforgettable stay overlooking Lake Trammer. The apartment shown is ideal for 2 people. In addition, we offer an apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. This is slightly larger, but without lake view. Both apartments are located on the first floor of our single-family home, where we live with our two small children. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
