Unser Haus liegt in einem kleinen, grünen Dorf zwischen Flensburg und Schleswig, ideal zum Entspannen/Urlaub machen. Die Lage ist ruhig und in 5 Minuten von der Autobahn erreichbar. In ca. 15 Minuten bist du in der Stadt und hast in der Umgebung ein großes Freizeit Angebot. Auch Nord- und Ostsee erreichst du in 20–30 Minuten mit dem Auto. In der Umgebung laden auch schöne Seen zum Spazieren ein. Das Dorf bietet außerdem eine Kirche und ein beheiztes Freibad, das im Sommer täglich geöffnet hat.

Hunde sind willkommen Du hast hier auf dem Land keine Kurtaxe zu bezahlen. 10 Minuten nach Flensburg, 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Ostsee. 8 Minuten nach Hürup zu EDEKA und zur Landbäckerei. 15 Minuten bis zur Grenze Dänemark. 🇩🇰 Je nach Anzahl der Gäste stellen wir 4 vollwertige Betten mit nagelneuen Matratzen auf.

Ob Urlaub oder Geschäftsreise, hier kannst Du Dich wohlfühlen wie zu Hause und dazu noch die schöne Natur der Treenlandschaft, der Fröruper Berge und die Nähe zur Ostsee genießen. Unsere Wohnung liegt vor den Toren Flensburgs in einem ruhigen 5-Parteien-Haus im Erdgeschoß in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig. Die A7, Dänemark und die schönen Strände der Nord- und Ostsee sind schnell erreichbar. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Pkw-Stellplatz.

Tiny house with wonderful views! The cabin is located on the edge of a huge meadow. Make bread on a stick by the campfire and enjoy the view in the distance. Huge windows remove the boundaries between inside and outside. In the tiny house there is a kitchen with fridge and stove. The bathroom has a shower, as well as a modern dry separation toilet. The Baltic Sea with great beach cafes is only about 20 minutes away. With us you will find absolute peace in a very special place to stay.

Welcome to the apartment "Theos Koje" in the heart of Flensburg! This apartment of approximately 45 m² can accommodate up to 4 people.
