What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Mario's welcome with a good bottle of red wine and local cookies was a great start for a long peaceful week. The house is located in one of the nicest spots in Umbria. We could have stayed there much longer in order to experience all the finest places Umbria has to offer. Tsvi

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

To assess this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very kind and very professional. It is a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives value to the application. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We didn't miss anything. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

We had such a wonderful time at Orietta's house. The view is absolutely amazing, the house is comfortable. The location was very central for what we wanted to visit in Umbria. Everything was perfect. The dirt road to get to the house was well maintained and super easy to drive, it was not an issue at all. We loved everything about our stay there. We would highly recommend it.

Was a beautiful respite for our family while travelling between Rome and Florence. It comfortably fit eight of us including the grandparents and younger children. We enjoyed a day trip to Assisi and spent time by the pool. Quiet but about an eight minute drive to a nearby town. Just a tip, use Apple maps instead of Google Maps. Google wanted to send us down an overgrown path.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Between Spello being so charming and the property being so perfectly formed and positioned, my week long stay was wonderful! The full kitchen got a workout (using fabulous local ingredients) and finding some herbs, teabags etc in the pantry was a bonus. The views out the window kept catching my eye - just so peaceful and typically Umbrian. I hope to return one day.

What a breath of fresh air. We loved Rome but everyone should take a break on their journey and come stay a few days to unwind, drink wine and smell the Jasmin in this beautiful place. Stefania’s place is much better than the photos because the love and care Stefania puts into every detail only comes across in person. Great for a group if you are lucky enough to snag a couple units.

An amazing super-authentic place in the middle of the Tuscan nature & fields ! The hacienda style accommodation truly offers a unique experience of the Tuscan country side. The accommodation is very authentic while also offering on-site restaurant with excellent food and excellent wine. The hosts are truly amazing and will go the extra mile to make your stay unique. The location is also very good as it is easily connected with main points of interest (i.e. places to visit, eat, etc).

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.

The villa was a perfect getaway for our family of six. Leonardo and Luca were super helpful with providing recommendations and accommodations for our stay since we were not walking distance into town. Having a car to drive around would make it much easier to visit nearby towns. Highly recommend staying here!
