The house has its own garden with outdoor furniture. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure everything is clean. Bed linen comes from the laundry. The house is small and charming with a relaxing atmosphere. Quiet area where it is nice to go for walks on the road or along the river. Nice marked trails up the mountainsides are also nearby. Short distance to Flåm.

Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. With a good fireplace you can enjoy the silence and the real cabin feeling. Great starting point for climbing Galdhøpiggen or many spring ski trips in Leirdalen, on Sognefjellet and or in Visdalen. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

This place is suitable for everyone, whether it's a family on a trip, for friends who are going to go on mountain trips, fishing or hiking in the mountains. Skjåk is a perfect starting point for this. Check-in after 4 pm. Check-out at 12 pm.
