The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.

Sordan Beach (restaurant, water activities, swimming) is a 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk away. 10 minutes away, on Sunday mornings: Bon Repos market or visit the Abbey of Bon Repos or enjoy the towpaths of the Nantes-Brest Canal. By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.
