The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Perwenitz Künstlerhof

Near Berlin, at the northern end of the village of Perwenitz, surrounded by fields, stands the residential building of the former mill complex. The two-storey mill building was built around 1890 and used until 1994 for producing flour and animal feed. Today there are artist studios, gallery rooms and a cafe in this building.Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house and is about 92 m².

Enjoy peace and comfort in the apartment. We also have space for bicycles. This centrally located accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a swimming meadow, a 10-minute walk from the cultural church and the cultural house "Stadtgarten." In the immediate vicinity is the waterfront, the monastery church of St. Trinitatis and the Fontanetherme.

It is located in a secluded location between Röbel and the village of Solzow, not far from the Müritz. Please note that for organizational reasons, have a minimum stay of 3 nights.
