Cozy city apartment Close to Lake Neuruppiner

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

Our cozy vacation apartment in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark offers approx. 70 m² of space for 2–4 people. The duplex extends over two floors and impresses with its quiet location and wide view of the greenery. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a special atmosphere in the room and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fiber optic internet. A place to breathe and feel good.

Workshop studio

Relax in this natural, special and quiet place to stay. In the stylish studio above the workshop, you can enjoy the tranquility and develop your creativity on the weekend. There is plenty of space to paint and model. The large skylights provide plenty of light during the day, and at night you can see the Milky Way from the sofa bed. In the kitchenette you can prepare a small meal. The underfloor heating in the bathroom makes the stay comfortable.

Kulturhaus Wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge, where you can retreat. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Our single-family home is located on the southwestern edge of the core city near the lake with swimming facilities. It's about 5 km to Highway 24. The bus (city line) stops every 20 minutes on weekdays about 200 m away. There is no noisy business in the residential area. The network of bike paths is well developed and a restaurant is within walking distance of about 250 m.
