The apartment is in the main house of a four-seater courtyard in the Gumtower district of Schönhagen - a small Brandenburg village in the Prignitz behind a forest about five kilometers south of the B5. The four-sided courtyard from 1844 in a quiet location has been expanded into a cultural location where plays are produced at regular intervals in the large barn. Behind the theater barn is a large meadow with fruit trees and a vegetable garden.

As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Kolrep still offers beautiful hiking trails and bike paths. Swimming lakes are located in surrounding villages.

Are you looking for a place to slow down? Then come to Vieritz. In our small and cozy old country house you can relax. Enjoy the countryside by bike or by boat on the Havel. On our farm we have a children's playground and another one in the village. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watch (stork couple). Our chickens will also be happy to lay a few fresh breakfast eggs for you.

Wutike on-demand stop

Your house was built as a freight floor of Wutike station. We have completely renovated the old building and have now also completed the sauna in the old laundry room. This has also created two more sleeping places, so now 9 people can relax. We prefer it if you can arrive by train. When have you ever had your private train home? Several times a day a very charming little train passes by here.
