A fab flat in the heart of Hamburg

The apartment consists of a cozy sleeping/living room. The bed with two bedside tables is 180cm x 200cm. The dining area with 3 seats has a small kitchen with good equipment, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine etc. and a selection of standard spices. In the small but nice bathroom, the toilet can be separated from the shower area by a sliding door. Guests have access to all household appliances, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi (free). However, there is no entitlement to compensation if the WLAN does not work for technical reasons. Towels, a hairdryer and iron are available. The best way to reach us is by email or in urgent cases (hidden by Airbnb) /text message/phone call. You will receive the key from me or as an independent check-in in the key safe. The St. Georg district is centrally located at the main station and is known for its versatility. Restaurants, pubs, bars and street cafés characterize the neighborhood, as do the German Schauspielhaus and Ohnsorg Theater. It's about a 7-minute walk from the central train station. The popular shopping street Mönckebergstraße can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Likewise, the Alster is not too far away. The connection with public transport (U-Bahn [subway]/S-Bahn [suburban railway], bus, taxi) is ideal. It's about a 7-minute walk from the central train station. Zentral in St.Georg nah den Parks der Außenalster. Voll ausgestattete Suite mit Aircondition (Wohn- und Schlafbereich) mit eigenem Bad und Pantry in sich abgeschlossen als Teil einer größeren Wohnung. Ein Kaffeevollautomat incl. Milchzuführung, eine Spülmaschine, ein Waschmaschine mit Trockner etc zeigen den hohen Standart Restaurants und Geschäfte laden zum verweilen und genießen ein. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß in 10m erreichbar. Vor der Tür Busstation. Ein Supermarkt ist 100 m entfernt.

Modern & Cosy Appartment in the middle of the city center. 5 minutes to central station. 5 minutes to the gay district and 8 minutes to our beautiful city see. 1 sleeping room with a big size bed and one living room with a big sofa what you can use as a bed as well. You have a bathroom with shower and a kitchen what has everything included what you need for cooking. -ATTENTION- It’s an old house, so the walls are not that big. No Partys and rather 2 people than three. No smoking and no pets.

Dream location and water view directly on the Alster

The accommodation is very quietly located in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the Feenteich and the Alster. It couldn't be any nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. Part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! NOTE: See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

Modern and cozy 40m² apartment, ideal for 2-4 people. The perfect starting point for your Hamburg trip. The guest suite in my townhouse offers you a lot of privacy. You will live centrally in Hamburg with excellent connections: the subway is only 100 m away, and you can get to the center from there in less than 10 minutes. Free parking right outside the door.
