It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Cozy little apartment - close to Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 meters from the beach promenade, lies our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It's bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is one double bed and one sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are thus possible. There is a washing machine on the basement, which can be used free of charge. Linens and towels are included. Downtown is in walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.

Welcome to our Casa Emma! Bed linen and towels and shower towels are included. All they have to do is bring their personal stuff. A travel bed is available for children. Unfortunately, you would have to bring your own bed linen and bedding for your child at the moment. A high chair is also available. Pets are not allowed.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
