Winter lock from 7.1 to February. February to Easter holidays restricted operation. The house lives, so noises (e.g. wooden worm) and animal visits (e.g. ladybugs) are possible.

The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

Bicycles for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us free of charge. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with a cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. Vacation home with lots of charm in the Strassertal

The historic 19th century cottage was carefully revitalized in 2023 to preserve the original charm. We are right on the wine bike routes Riesling tour and Zweigelt tour. The wedding venues in the town center can be reached on foot in about 1.5 km via a walking path illuminated at night. We do not need any air conditioning, even in high summer it is pleasantly cool in the house due to the thick stone walls!

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! The small apartment is located right next door to the Danube directly on Schürerplatz . Heurigen, restaurants Shopping possibilities everything nearby. And for mountaineers and hikers it is an experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern....
