The well-kept vacation home is located at the end of a small settlement in a cul-de-sac and has about 200 square meters of living space. The kitchen offers you all the possibilities for self-catering and cooking together with the family. The spacious open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a shared breakfast and to spend cozy, comfortable evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area, even with an occupancy of 12 people. Located in Hagermarsch Junkersrott, the holiday home Huus Karoline is ideal for everyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place away from everyday stress. Situated in a quiet street with little traffic, the 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is open-plan in the attic (no door), one bathroom, a guest toilet, and a new kitchen with oven, microwave, and washing machine. You can relax wonderfully in the bright living area and enjoy the sun in the garden with terrace. The dike, Wadden Sea, harbor, restaurants, and shopping are all within a few minutes' reach.

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Monumental bakery in the centre of Rysum: Living in an extraordinary ambience. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi, but shaky! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, until the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north along the water...

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Located directly on the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike tours and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian surrounding area offer many attractions and leisure opportunities. The kitchen has a dishwasher. If necessary, two guest beds can be provided for children. Linens and towels are provided.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).
