Ruhig gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich kann man hier seinen Urlaub genießen und den Alltagsstress vergessen. Die Ferienwohnung "Westwind"liegt im Obergeschoss des Hauses und bietet Platz für bis zu3 Personen. Das besondere HIghlight der Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Ausblick auf den Deich, den man vom Bakon aus genießen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Kücheim Landhausstil und bietet alles was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen benötigt. Zum entspannen kann man sich in das Wohnzimmer mit dem angrenzenden Balkon zurückziehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine seperate Essecke und eine gemütliche Sofaeckemit Sat-TV, DVD-Player , IPod-Docking-Station und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Radio . Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer in der Ferienwohnung, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit Einzelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett abdunkelbar. Das helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Zusätzlich ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden mit einer Waschmaschine, welche gegen Gebühr nutzbar ist. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden und auch Fahrräder können sicher in der Gartenhütteabgestellt und aufgeladen werden. Das Haus bietet eine super Ausgangslage um Greetsiel zu erkunden; der Deich, Hafen, Abenteuerspielplatz und die Oase sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

The perfect place to relax and explore the city.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
