The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance from the garden. Interior: In the entrance to the right is a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine. To the left of the entrance hall is the entrance to the kitchen - straight to the left is the bedroom and to the right is the living room. We live on the ground floor, 2 people and 1 cat. The cat doesn't come in the basement. We recommend that a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children live in the apartment. Large garden with barbecue area which you of course also have access to.

The view down to the lake is a beautiful panoramic picture, which visually changes from hour to hour throughout the day. Feel free to swim in and sail on the lake, where you can be lucky to see otters. Around the area around the lake, you can also be lucky to see deer, fallow deer, hares and other animals and birds. This natural gem must be experienced!

I får tid og ro til at stresse af, tale sammen eller bare nyde naturen omkring jer. Solnedgangen set fra balkonen er fantastisk at nyde til et glas vin.

I vil være tæt på alt, når i bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Gå afstand til bymidten. Roligt kvarter. Lukket have og parkering lige ved døren. Plads til to biler i indkørslen. Kort afstand til bager, supermarked etc. To værelser. Dobbeltseng i det ene værelse, og to enkeltsenge i det andet. Sovesofa i stuen med plads til to personer. Der er sengetøj i skabet i soveværelset. Der er alt hvad i skal bruge i køkken, samt badeværelser med håndklæder etc. Kæledyr er tilladt

Murermestervilla i idylliske Hald Ege, 5 km syd for Viborg. Fred og ro-... Lige ud til Hærvejen, og Dollerup Bakker -nærmest i baghaven. I har hele huset for jer selv. Med en lukket have, hvor små børn frit kan løbe rundt. Stilfuldt indrettet. Med mine skøre "påfund" . Tag på opdagelse i mit hus. ;-) Der er en hyggelig terrasse, med gril, markise, bålfad etc. PS: Der er Clever oplader, som må bruges Mvh Preben
