Not far from the Zanzibar and not far from the Golf & Spa Hotel Budersand, it is the perfect base from which to enjoy the breathtaking nature of the island of Sylt with its east and west beaches and to switch off from everyday life and recharge your batteries with numerous wellness, sports and leisure activities.

On 20 square meters of the bright attic holiday apartment, a wellness oasis has been created in which up to 2 people can leave everyday life behind. From 2-burner induction hob with extractor hood and microwave to coffee maker, kettle to toaster, everything is available to serve breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining area of the living room bedroom. Our captain's house (more than 100 years old, lovingly renovated) is located on the Hunneswarf on the Hallig Langeness and is located directly between the historic Fething and the North Sea overlooking the island of Föhr and Hallig Oland. Due to the direct sea location, the sun can be admired at the rising and setting. It is particularly nice that you always have our captain's house (100 sqm living space) as well as the 2,000 sqm warf property for relaxation and sunbathing alone.

This is what holiday dreams look like under that: The frieze rate "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 sqm of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 sqm base with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. One dog is also welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily accessible by day trip by car, train or boat.

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

Entspann dich in dieser lichtdurchfluteten und gemütlichen Unterkunft und genieße den Blick in den schönen Garten. Die Wohnung liegt auf meinem Hof im Süden und ist darum herrlich hell. Hier im Bupheverkoog kannst du erholsame Ruhe genießen. Meine Kinder toben mal im Garten und die Schafe und Rinder hörst du auch ab und zu. Rauchen ist weder in der Wohnung noch auf dem Hof gestattet.
