Cozy cottage of 60 m2 by Hals. Short walking distance to the beach and Hals town. Bordering on open space (forest) and very close to a beautiful golf course. There are beautiful hiking trails along the water. The house is sunny and has a large garden. There is a gas grill, garden furniture, sandbox, swing rack and various toys and games available. The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Chromecast. There's fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

Small cottage (40 square meters) in a quiet setting. Unique nature and good swimming beach. Located north of the town of Hals, close to Kattegat. Built as a guest cottage for the neighboring house. The cottage has 500 sqm of separate area in wild nature. Room for 2 people, but there is the possibility of extra bedding. There are 2 bicycles available for free. Free parking. Electric cars cannot be charged. Can possibly be combined with stays in our apartment in Aalborg, see link under 'other things to note'

Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The cottage is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches on the coast, and Voerså town with shopping and pleasure boats. 1000 m to the sea!

62 m2 rummeligt og charmerende sommerhus med 6 sengepladser, hyggelig og stor træterasse med sol hele dagen, vildmarksbad med udendørs bruser, samt overdækket udendørs spiseareal. Indenfor findes stor sofa, køkken, moderniseret badeværelse med bruser. En dejlig have der indbyder til sjov og leg, og kun 1000 meter til stranden på de varme dage. Minigolf, vandland og put & take fiskesø ved Lagunen kun 600 meter væk. Legeplads 150 meter fra huset. Sommerhuset er inkl. sengelinned og håndklæder.

Det ligger kun ca. 3 minutter fra den hyggelige havneby Hals og ca. 5 minutter fra stranden, der er kendt for den gode badestrand. Stor privat have, med en sjov legeplads samt fodboldmål.

The house is located in the second row of dunes, just 100 meters from a beautiful and child-friendly beach and from the cottage you can enjoy the smell of water and the sound of the waves. There is a path directly to the beach at the end of the driveway and in the dunes there is a bench where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the water.

The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes.
