House with spa, lovely garden and only 7 km to the beach.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Cozy cottage in a quiet and private setting. The cottage is spacious, surrounded by trees and is located on a large plot. Includes 2 bathrooms, terrace with barbecue and outdoor wilderness bath. Well-equipped large kitchen, and annex with sleeping accommodations. 15 min walk to water and a small child-friendly beach. Located close to a grocery store that has everything. Possibility to take the ferry to Hals, or only 15 km to the small Vildemose nature reserve. ELECTRICITY IS PAID SEPARATELY THERE IS AN EXTRA FEE FOR WILDERNESS BATHING (DKK 100)

Family summer house in the woods by the water with jacuzzi

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Indenfor findes stor sofa, køkken, moderniseret badeværelse med bruser. En dejlig have der indbyder til sjov og leg, og kun 1000 meter til stranden på de varme dage. Minigolf, vandland og put & take fiskesø ved Lagunen kun 600 meter væk. Legeplads 150 meter fra huset. Sommerhuset er inkl. sengelinned og håndklæder.

Welcome to our summerhouse, where you can enjoy the spa or wilderness bath in beautiful surroundings with peace and quiet. In the garden there is a play tower, swings, shelter, fire pit and ball court. Houses are 400 meters from the fjord, where shipping to Aalborg passes close by. Note: You must bring your own bed linen and sheets. (can be rented) You have to clean yourself after the stay, otherwise you can buy cleaning. Electricity costs DKK 3 per kWh, settled after a stay.
