Die Innenstadt, die Messehallen und das Kongresszentrum sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft genießt man die unmittelbare Nähe, zu zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, sowie Supermärkten und Bäckereien. Jeden Dienstag und Freitag findet in Harvestehude der bekannte Isemarkt statt, hier kann man toll frühstücken, Fischbrötchen essen oder sich von regionalen Köstlichkeiten verführen lassen.

Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe und die City sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Erdgeschoss wurde von uns aufwendig restauriert und mit Badezimmer und WC im alten Treppen Kellergang ergänzt. Die Loftfläche nutzen wir häufig als Fotostudio und vermieten Sie gelegentlich an nette Menschen. Sie ist für Familien aber auch für Geschäftsreisende geeignet.
