On the generous terrace with seating area, you can relax beautifully. A fully equipped kitchen is available for use if needed.

The apartment is located in St. Georg, close to the main train station. The Steindamm offers lots of shopping, Lidl, Budni, and lots of good and cheap greengrocers. Walking distance to shopping: supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and a beautiful, sunny balcony in the courtyard. I don't have Wi-Fi. One street further but there is a nice café (Frau Kowolik) with Wi-Fi. Free parking (public)

OG Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Das große Schlafzimmer hat zwei Kingsize Betten (1,80x2 m). Im kleinen Schafzimmer ist ein Queensize Bett (1,40x2 m). Check-in flexibel (nach Absprache) Wir haben die Wohnung im November 2025 renoviert.

On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
