Holiday rentals with a patio in Hamelin

A very nice apartment with a beautiful view. The paintings were the nice extra to feel at home.

This was our first time staying with Janine, the property was as described and felt like home from home. There was a bundle of local information to hand, the are is stunning along with local amenities. On property car parking was much appreciated, safe and secure. I spent a long weekend with my sister in Kim's apartment and had a wonderful time! Kim welcomed us very warmly and was also available at all times during the stay. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos and very lovingly furnished. Everything you need is available in the basic equipment. Very lovingly furnished apartment with plenty of space and everything you need! The covered balcony with a view of the garden is particularly beautiful. The residential area is quiet. You can quickly reach the city center on foot. Very nice hostess, the communication was great! 😊

Everything was great from start to finish. The hosts were very nice, friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean, modern, in very good condition and beautifully furnished. Due to the fast connection to the tram, everything was easy to reach in a short time. The Maschsee can even be reached on foot in a short time. Shopping and good restaurants are also within walking distance. All in all, a very good and recommended accommodation. Gladly again 🙂

We stayed at Martin and Janne’s place for a couple of nights and everything went wonderfully. Communication was quick and clear, and we had no trouble finding the apartment and checking in thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. The flat is conveniently located right next to a bus stop. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the price is fare. The kitchen was excellent — fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Special shout out to coffee machine. We especially enjoyed the nice balcony. A special highlight was that Martin kindly let us borrow two bicycles for free, which allowed us to explore the area on a lovely bike ride. That was a wonderful bonus!

A very well-equipped house with plenty of space for 8 people and two dogs. We really enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment. The play facilities were also extensively used. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

There were three of us in the cute house and there was plenty of room. Perfect location right by the forest in the immediate vicinity of the Externsteine and a lot of beautiful hiking trails through the Teutoburg Forest. Unreservedly recommended.

The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. After 2023, we were finally in this wonderful house for the second time, where you can feel the spirit of over 300 years. We - and also the children - felt absolutely comfortable. To avoid writing too much, here is a brief list of the many highlights: - Very high-quality and well thought-out equipment - Great room layout and perfectly restored original timber-framed style - wonderfully close to nature with river access on the property. You can observe rare birds, deer and raccoons and enjoy almost untouched nature - calm and friendly neighbourhood - A perfect place to leave the stress of the big city behind - The stunning Externsteine are very close In short: A perfect place!

An absolute dream accommodation – we'd love to come back! The house really impressed us – it was spotlessly clean, furnished with great attention to detail and incredibly stylish and cozy at the same time. We didn't miss anything at all. The kitchen was excellently equipped, even welcome drinks were ready for us – a very nice gesture! The location is also great: Quietly located and yet you can get to Hanover or other places of interest in the area in a short time. The many tips and information we received from Perdita were particularly helpful. On her recommendation, we also went to a fantastic Italian restaurant in the neighboring town - a real highlight of our stay. The check-in was also completely uncomplicated and smooth. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A very clear recommendation - this house is a real gem on Airbnb!

We spend a full week at Heike’s spacious apartment. Fully equiped kitchen, good beds and shower and two balconies. What more do you want?

The host Frank is very friendly and was easily reachable. Frank immediately left when the apartment key broke off in the lock on the last night to change the lock. The apartment is beautifully furnished and cozy, the bathroom is beautifully designed, and everything you need is there. A washing machine is also there if it is a longer stay. Highly recommended.

I was there for two weeks to "work remotely" and for a little time out at Birgitt and her family. From check-in to check-out, everything went great. For the greeting, there was even a great bottle of white wine. From the equipment, nothing was missing. Birgitt was always immediately available (for me via signal). I could easily park my bike in the garage and got my own remote control for the gate. A small supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The area is beautiful, I have a few really great bike tours through the forests, on the emmer to Weser. But you should be aware that it is hilly. Dear Birgitt, thank you again to you and your family.
