Such a nice cozy place to stay. The home was very comfortable and welcoming after long days at hospice. Victor was very accommodating and let us extend our stay. Victor responded to all inquiries rapidly, graciously, and patiently.

We were in town for a Savannah Bananas game so didn’t spend much time there other to sleep. The upstairs was perfect for the two younger boys with us. Plenty of room for the 5 total people who stayed. The house looks brand new despite being very historic! Cinthya also responds right away and super friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in an adorable home in downtown ludlow. House had everything two people and a dog could need for a weekend. Very well organized and clean. Location is great, less than a mile walk to the ludlow connector trail which dumps right into the devou park trail system. Some great local spots down the road as well, great options for those who don’t want to make the very short drive into Covington and Cincinnati. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. Kristan's place was cozy, yet spacious, and just what we were looking for. We loved that there were two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The modern thermostat was a bit tricky to use, but Kristan was very helpful and quick to answer my questions about it. Just a couple of notes: There is no toaster, but there is a microwave. Also, we have a big car, and we found that parking under the carport made it challenging to back out and down the driveway. After the first time, we just pulled up close to the carport, and that worked just fine. Overall, the house was great, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Great place to stay, close to lots of restaurants and not far from grocery stores, etc. The house met our needs and made for a nice play to stay while visiting.

Great spot for our stay in Cincinnati! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for unwinding after busy days out. Super easy to get around with public transit nearby, and there are tons of restaurants and entertainment just a quick drive away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The large backyard was really nice, and my family had a good time hanging out, playing catch, and relaxing in the hammock. We even had a deer show up one evening! If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient place this is a good option. Highly recommend!

Jennifer's industrial loft was fantastic! She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The space was incredibly clean, and we really appreciated the small touches like coffee creamer, decaf, plenty of detergent to wash our dirty clothes, and extra blankets easily accessible at night when we accidentally turned the air conditioner down too low at night! We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends!

As always, Celeste & Nathan’s place did not disappoint! I have stayed at one of their other properties and loved it as well. I am glad that one was booked this time, because I can’t decide now which house I like better! You can tell right away that care for the guest experience is paramount, just by their attention to all the details. Their homes are impeccably decorated, always immaculately cleaned and cared for. The living spaces are very comfortable without having too much stuff or furniture. I love that I can bring my dogs and there are some extra pet supplies for if I forget. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking equipment. I love the cold water stocked in the fridge—thank you. I love that they even have shower products and laundry soap available (in case I forget shampoo or something). The bedding and pillows are all very comfortable and clean.

This was an overall comfortable stay, within walkable distance to the vibrant Over the Rhine neighborhood! Though, I would not characterize the building as "modern" as described in the listing (most notably, there is a narrow set of stairs to the apartment), the apartment was comfortable and clean. The beds were especially great, and our group of 5 comfortable spent time in the kitchen and living room. The Chrises were responsive to some minor maintainance concerns I shared over chat, their neighborhood guide was great, and there really was a lovely view of the skyline to top it off.

Eclectic and cozy 2nd floor walk up in OTR. Great location - close to restaurants, bars, and easy walk to Findlay Market, breweries, and more.

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

This was our first time in arranging accomodations through an Airbnb so I was a little nervous. However my anxiety was releived upon seeing the actual accomodations. The directions given on line were accurrate and the cleanliness was very evident. We had one minor issue on which we needed to contact Patrick and his response was very prompt and helpful. We had not seen some of our family for several years, so having this home available for our reunion was perfect. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Tyler's place was just as described. The furnishings were comfortable, the deck and pool were great places to chill, and the fenced back yard was perfect for us as a old couple traveling with a young dog. (Our dog REALLY enjoyed the freedom to wander and run in the back yard.) Neighborhood is peaceful and a very short drive to some restaurants and stores in Independence.

Great place to stay in Cincinnati. It was a super easy walk to the nightlife in Over the Rhine. Very nice building and amenities. The free secured and assigned parking was a HUGE perk after finding out how much my friends had to pay for parking a couple blocks away at a hotel and public garage. Spots are large enough for pickups and SUVs.

It was a great private getaway from society I truly enjoyed my stay and will probably book there again in the near future

Very clean , decor looks amazing, loved the snacks that were left for us. I just didn’t like that it’s no driveway but besides that everything was great !

This was my second time staying and it was just as charming and perfect as the first! I love the location, it is so easy to walk to breakfast and explore downtown Lebanon. The space is so clean and well decorated. I always feel so relaxed here! Looking forward to coming back soon!

lovely cottage on grounds of larger home. 2 stories, great privacy and such a cute space. Plenty of room for sleeping, cooking, table seats 6, etcetera. And dog friendly too. Our pooch particularly loved laying out on the deck for the 1 sunny morning we had. Thank you, Jessica * family - Very much hope to stay again!

Isaac was very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay over University of Cincinnati graduation weekend. The house was extremely clean, was decorated with modern artistic decor, and had a nice yard even though we didn’t get to use it because of rain. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows! The location suited us well to travel between campus and Hyde Park, and Montgomery. We would not hesitate to choose their home again.

We loved this apartment in Cincinnati! The pictures were absolutely accurate. This place was beautiful. Josh was also very responsive to questions and also checked in with us to be sure that everything was going well. The location had restaurants close by and was walkable to the stadium and riverfront activities! If you need a place to stay in Cincinnati, this is a wonderful alternative to hotel accommodations. There’s plenty of space and the cost was very competitive with hotel accommodations! Truly a home away from home!

Jeff’s home is exactly as described, at an extremely convenient location to get on the highway and nicely updated and clean. Despite proximity to the highway and a relatively high-traffic road, it is quiet and the air conditioning made it a nice, relaxing spot in between activities in nearby towns. Jeff was extremely proactive with communication, and equally responsive to our questions. We will stay here again!

Their place was wonderful and well kept. We absolutely loved the screened in back patio, and enjoyed a game of 90s trivial pursuit that the hosts left for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Great stay!
