There are two bedrooms as well as a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with a guest toilet. The couch in the living room can be pulled out to two comfortable sleeping places. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed with a width of 1.80 m. In the 2nd room, two people sleep on a 1.40 m couch with an extra topper.

Gelegen ist das Haus am Stadtrand von Geesthacht am Ende einer Sackgasse. Unmittelbar a das Grundstück grenzt ein Waldgebiet. Eine Bushaltestelle ist fußläufig erreichbar. Hamburg erreicht man in ca. 25 Minuten Fahrzeit. Die Innenstadt von Lüneburg erreicht man ebenfalls in ca. 25 Min. mit dem Auto.
