Here you can expect peace and comfort, distributed on 25 square metres with a beautiful view over red tiled roofs and only 100 metres away from the Eilenriede, our large, green city forest. Important: The flat is on the 4th floor of an old building without a lift. Climbing stairs therefore mustn't be a problem. I live in the flat next door and look forward to making your time in Hanover more enjoyable with tips and hospitality!

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

We rent our centrally located newly furnished small apartment with a living room and bedroom, separate small kitchen, bathroom, small hallway and a cozy conservatory, which is furnished as a dining room. The kitchen has the most important utensils and appliances for self-catering. The large built-in wardrobe in the hallway offers enough space for your wardrobe.
