Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist extrem gut, sodass man leicht Messe und HCC erreichen oder ganz Hannover erkunden kann. In fußläufiger Umgebung liegt der Stadtwald Eilenriede zum Spazieren, Laufen, Fahrrad fahren und Spielplätze besuchen. Auch der Zoo ist schnell erreicht. Café und Bäcker mit Frühstück sind in der Nachbarschaft.

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.
