Dear guests! We like to welcome you in our USA & Bike home! Only 10 minutes to walk to the tram station to Hannover & fair. You life in your own little house with a separat entrance. Enjoy the charm of the 2.10m high room. You stay in the nice 25m² room and have your own bath with shower. For entertainment you can use a football table, dart, TV and WiFi. In the room is also a fridge, microwave, waterheater and a coffeemachine for free use. Enjoy our beautiful terrace with a great view!

Beer garden only 150 meters away (delicious German cuisine). Bicycles, free parking, Wi-Fi, towels and linens are available.

Behind the front door is a large living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. A separate room behind it houses the bedroom with a spacious double bed. The bathroom is located at the rear. There's also a terrace with outdoor seating.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
