Important: The flat is on the 4th floor of an old building without a lift. Climbing stairs therefore mustn't be a problem. In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Welcome to my small attic apartment on the 2nd floor. You sleep in a cozy box-spring bed and cater to yourself in perfectly equipped kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The shower is available for shared use at any time and is located directly opposite the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
