Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hapeville

Nice place and easy check in. The beds were comfortable and clean. Wished the Ice Maker worked but that would really be the only complaint I have as far as the house goes. The neighborhood could use some attention but that does not reflect on the host at all.

Overall, a really good experience. My family loved this house and left wishing it was ours. The place was easy to find and the communication from the owner was excellent. Flexible check-in/check-out without any issues. The house is simply gorgeous, with 3 bedroom and plenty of space and beds to accommodate even up to 10 people (with some creativity). There are games and other entertainment available. There is central A/C which keeps the house very cool. There is a patio out back with BBQ equipment and a huge backyard. The balcony in the upstairs bedroom is amazing, as is the master bedroom and the huge bathroom. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has multiple coffee machines and everything else you would ever need. Parking is not an issue and there are restaurants and supermarkets minutes away via car. If you can afford the price tag, you will simply love this house.

Comfy home with a spacious layout. The home had everything we needed, and I loved how each room had its own TV. The beds were comfortable, and each room was spacious. I have stayed at dozens of Airbnb's and I also rented a vacation home for several years. Anthony's customer service, responsiveness and attention to detail were the best I have experienced. All the amenities he provides and his thoughtful gestures were amazing. I would 100% recommend his place to anyone. Location is fantastic, the house was spotless and the parking was plentiful. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, well-appointed, clean home in a great area. Perfect for my family with my two kids in one room, me in another bedroom, and my grandmother in her separate space upstairs. We all had our own spaces and felt right at home. I appreciated the small things from having umbrellas for when it rained and even a few sparkling waters in the fridge. Plenty of TP, dish soap, towels, trash bags, etc. We will definitely rent again when visiting family in the area!

The place exceeded the description. The area was nice and quiet. It was more than accommodating for my party of 8. Tamesha was available within an hour or 2 for any concerns or questions. Would definitely recommend her as a host. Thank you.

Second time in the lovely apparement of Debra and Denis. I enjoyed every moment ! The location is perfect, in the middle of a park, with the city centre easily accessible by bike. The neighborhood is amazing with a grocery and restaurants close by. Debra and Denis care for you feeling at home. A must!

Great stay. Only thing was the ice maker didn’t work but he offered to bring ice or uber it to me. Would stay again. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and close to the park which was nice for runs. :)

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Really enjoyed my stay here. House was very clean and spacious . Everything worked perfectly. They provided everything we needed from kitchen supplies , bedding , and Toweling. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

We will definitely book Tunde home again. The kids loved the pool, movie theater and game room. Guest who came by loved the house as well. It was enough space for everyone. The house was great and everyone loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Conyers, Georgia while in town for my son’s wedding. Several family members stayed together, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and had a great time fishing in the pond. The peaceful, scenic setting provided the perfect backdrop for some relaxation between wedding events. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and we appreciated how close the property was to shopping and how easy it was to get to the airport. Jorge was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything go smoothly. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and serene place to gather with family or friends.

Modern, CLEAN, and in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive with any issues, and it was very up-scale. Great option for a family.
