The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

You can park directly on the street for free and live comfortably in a 50 m² apartment with balcony. Unter der Dachschräge befindet sich eine Küchenecke, die für einfache Gerichte, Kaffee/Tee ausgestattet ist. Im Bad Dusche und WC, im SZ ein Holz-Bett 140x200 cm mit neuer höherer Matratze +Topper und 1 Schrank. Im WZ steht eine Eckcouch, die Platz für 1 Person zum schlafen bietet, 1 Sessel, TV und ein Essplatz für 3 Personen. W-Lan vorhanden.

FW Gustav - the perfect base for your Harz vacation

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse. The farm, which used to be completely closed, was decisively shaped by Gustav Neuhoff, the hostess's grandfather. Hence the name FW Gustav. The nearest shops are in Derenburg, 6 km away. Heudeber is a quiet village, but the nearby A36 offers quick connections to the highlights of the Harz Mountains. Wernigerode, Halberstadt, Quedlinburg and Goslar can be reached in about 25 minutes.

On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
