The apartment is bright and airy and is located on the 1st floor with its own entrance and with access to a small cozy "courtyard" with cushions and parasol and gas grill Minimum age for children is 10 years. We live in the living room and you can expect normal “noise” from us, but we are generally quiet and calm. THE PRICE INCLUDES BED LINEN, TOWELS, DISHCLOTHS, DISHCLOTHS, COFFEE, TEA, UTILITIES AND CLEANING. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed and unfortunately pets are not welcome. You can charge your electric car about 150 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is close to Brabrand Lake and the city of Aarhus. There is a parking space in the driveway on the left. The owners live on the 1st floor but there is a separate entrance. The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø. A car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the city center at the door as well as a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There's a carport for a van. Here is peace and quiet!
