Welcome to our farm at Geltinger Birk, The approximately 18 square meter cottage is located in the garden of our farm in the countryside, not far from the Charlotte mill, a popular starting point for long walks by the water or through the nature reserve. The beaches of Falshöft and Wackerballig can be reached in a few minutes (3 km). The cottage is equipped with a small kitchen, stove and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Electric heating is available for even colder nights.

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

It was renovated in the spring of 2023. The entrance to the apartment is accessible through our house entrance.

Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang und geht über 2 Etagen. Tagsüber kann man von hier schöne Ausflüge an das Meer oder an die Schlei unternehmen. Oder man genießt die eigene Terrasse im Garten oder liest ein Buch in der Hängematte. Alles ist möglich!
