A colorful, renovated non-smoking apartment with separate entrance for you. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 square meters). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Diese ist nur über Treppe im vierten Stock (kein Fahrstuhl) zu erreichen und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den Dächern Oldenburgs. Falls Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte im Voraus mit, es steht Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Alle öffentlichen und privaten Bereiche Nichtraucherzonen.

Genieße deinen Aufenthalt in Oldenburg in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Mit dem Bus (die Bushaltestelle Drielake liegt ca 4-5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt) seid ihr in maximal 10 Minuten am Bahnhof und in der Stadt. Mit dem Fahrrad geht’s genauso schnell. Bis zur Uni dauert es ca 25 Minuten. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es am Ende unserer Sackgasse einen schönen, großen Spielplatz, mitten im Grünen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (penny, Combi, Lidl) sind in der Nähe.
