Freshly renovated 1-room apartment with kitchen and shower room in Havelberg. The house was built in the 19th century and has been renovated since 2021. Thus, some modern vacation apartments have been created in this house. In addition, there is a barbecue area with a fire basket, a sauna and a hot tub (bathtub for 6 people) in the garden right in front of the house for our guests to use free of charge. A bicycle garage is also available directly on the property and is included in the price of the accommodation.

The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

Cozy city apartment Close to Lake Neuruppiner

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Enjoy peace and comfort in the apartment. We also have space for bicycles. This centrally located accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a swimming meadow, a 10-minute walk from the cultural church and the cultural house "Stadtgarten." In the immediate vicinity is the waterfront, the monastery church of St. Trinitatis and the Fontanetherme.

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.

Comfortable, spacious, lovingly furnished 2-room vacation apartment in Wittenberge. Centrally located and just a 5-minute walk to the Elbe, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets or walks on the dike. Netto, Rossmann, pharmacy, bakery are all within walking distance. Nice gift shop right in the house.
