The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the south side of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials, such as wood, clay, lime, bricks, hemp limestone insulation and lime grass floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen towards the south and north to the vineyard.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

In the natural garden you will find inviting seating, loungers, and barbecue facilities. Please note: The house is not suitable for people allergic to cats. Tourist tax to be paid on site (1,50€ per adult/night).

Surrounded by meadows and forests, this is the perfect place to unwind, discover and recharge in nature.

Situated in the middle of meadows, fields and forests, you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by our sheep, lamas, donkeys and cats. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. Small but powerful! Experience unforgettable holidays in our hut houses. Escape everyday life and immerse yourself in a world full of coziness and adventure. The houses in Weberstraße, right next to the historic city wall in Kyritz, were built in 1799 as so-called Budenhäuser (accommodation for day laborers). The listed houses were completely renovated in 2016 and transformed into modern vacation rentals.
