COUNTRY HOUSE IN BERLIN BACON BELT

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated Dreiseitenhof. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are only 30 minutes away by car from the city center of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havellandradweg crosses our village.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

The Rooms with a View apartment sits with unobstructed views of the Havel River and Naturpark Westhavelland, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

Country vacation on an old farm including fresh eggs

Are you looking for a place to slow down? Then come to Vieritz. In our small and cozy old country house you can relax. Enjoy the countryside by bike or by boat on the Havel. On our farm we have a children's playground and another one in the village. There are plenty of animals to pet (cats, sheep, rabbits) or watch (stork couple). Our chickens will also be happy to lay a few fresh breakfast eggs for you.
