Die Unterkunft liegt ländlich zwischen Flensburg und Husum. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad/Dusche und TV sowie einem Küchen/Wohnbereich ebenfalls mit TV. Perfekt für einen Gruppenaufenthalt bis zu 8 Pers. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Terrasse verfügt in den Sommermonaten über Gartenmöbel, Gasgrill und Tischtennisplatte. Die Feuerstelle mit Sitzgelegenheiten liegt separat auf dem schönen Gelände. Die hauseigene PV-Anlage versorgt die Unterkunft mit Strom.

Unser Haus liegt in einem kleinen, grünen Dorf zwischen Flensburg und Schleswig, ideal zum Entspannen/Urlaub machen. Die Lage ist ruhig und in 5 Minuten von der Autobahn erreichbar. In ca. 15 Minuten bist du in der Stadt und hast in der Umgebung ein großes Freizeit Angebot. Auch Nord- und Ostsee erreichst du in 20–30 Minuten mit dem Auto. In der Umgebung laden auch schöne Seen zum Spazieren ein. Das Dorf bietet außerdem eine Kirche und ein beheiztes Freibad, das im Sommer täglich geöffnet hat.

The vacation rental is located on a beautiful and quietly located farm. You can enjoy the first morning coffee on the covered terrace and let your gaze wander over meadows and fields. If you want to recover from everyday stress and breathe deeply again, this is the place to be. Despite its quiet location, the "Landoase" is the ideal starting point for excursions, activities, city strolls, culture and of course the North and Baltic Seas. Ideal for young and old.

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

The house is on the edge of a vacation home settlement, surrounded by greenery with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be at the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.
