"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Bygningen giver med sine tykke mure et behageligt indeklima på varme dage. Lejligheden indeholder soveværelse med dobbeltseng, eller som 2 enkeltsenge, og en opholdstue med køkken faciliteter og køleskab med lille fryser og mikrobølgeovn. Privat og ugeneret, sydvendt have med gasgrill og havemøbler. Foran gården er der adgang til stort, mark-/engområde. Der er en dobbeltseng i soveværelse og to enkeltsenge i stuen.
