Great place to stay. This home was spotless and decorated very nicely. I didn’t cook much but kitchen looked well stocked. Backyard is fenced with a cute patio. It was too cold to use in March but would be beautiful to use in warmer weather. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our third time staying at this house. We love the location! It’s beautiful, clean and the host is lovely.

Olivia’s space was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. It was extremely close to the WFCU where we had a weekend event. Everything was sparkling clean and Olivia was great at responding to our questions. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay! We came into town for a Tigers game and it was easy to get downtown. Royal Oak is a very nice community with a cute downtown and wonderful churches for Sunday Mass. we will definitely visit in the future!!!

Staying at Melissa's beautiful home was a true delight! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its pristine cleanliness and elegant amenities. The spacious layout, complemented by a charming kitchen, made it a joy to cook and relax. The location is perfect for easy access and leisurely strolls, with a lovely backyard for our dog and a picturesque park just down the street. The master bathroom was a luxurious retreat, complete with a stunning shower and a relaxing tub. Melissa’s attention to detail was remarkable; she thoughtfully provided food and water bowls for our service animal, along with an extra bag of dog food in the pantry. Her flexibility in extending our stay from a couple of days to an entire week was greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this upscale rental to anyone seeking a memorable stay in a central location. We would be thrilled to return in the future—thank you, Melissa!

Daniel and Anthony’s place was superbly clean and comfortable. The neighborhood and apartment are quiet and peaceful, and street parking was plentiful. Extra touches like a fan in the bedroom and bottled water were a nice touch. I was in town for a wedding at the War Memorial and easily got a Lyft to and from the venue.

Traveling to Detroit and not knowing where to stay at first, Kelsey’s place was the perfect find! The area was safe and quiet, lots to do and find around the area, not too far from Downtown either! Parking is available around the area and the instructions on where the place is and how to get in is clear! It was clean and all amenities listed were there! It’s a comfy place and we would stay there again!

This was our second time visiting Allison and Anthony’s place. We love that the location is close to and easy to get to downtown Detroit, while being just outside of the hustle and bustle to feel quiet and peaceful. Their place has everything you need, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable! To top it off, they provide wonderful local recommendations for activities, shopping, art/architecture, restaurants, and hidden gems!

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

I think that Mark is a great host. He was able to help in a time of dire need. Very responsive with clear instructions would definitely recommend. Home nice and clean very nicely furnished felt just like home.

This is a very cozy and comfortable condo. We really did feel right at home here. it is very conveniently located to be able to access many restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive to all communications and was even able to accommodate a last minute extension on our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I had some issues with my trip a few times & each time I voiced my concern she was very responsive & accommodating! it wasn't far from anywhere we had to take a car too & the space was very spacious, clean & comfortable! While the building is a grand old house--the exterior has been rebuilt to it's former glory and the foyer is gorgeous--the attic space where the Airbnb is does not reflect the original late 1800s furnishings. The whole of the Airbnb space matches the photos provided, with only the collar ties to hint at the original look of the place. The neighborhood is well worth a walkabout, if weather permits. Aside from aesthetics, the Airbnb itself was akin to a furnished studio apartment. It was very clean, the shower ran hot and cold, and the aircon behaved perfectly for the 90+ degree outdoor temperatures of my stay. As advertised, the ceiling is very low and sloped, because it is an attic. Anyone over maybe 5'6" will have to crouch some to get into the bed or sit in the center of the couches.

Its an older home but very tastefully put together. The decor and remodel is outstanding! The neighbors were a little noisy, but not much we could do about that. Everything was wonderful and my next visit I would definitely select this home again. Very serene!
