The wooden house

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar.
