Built in 2019, the penthouse is located in a quiet side street right in the city centre of Kiel (3 minutes' walk from the main train station). In addition to the approx. 75 sqm large, bright, open and spacious living area, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furniture is super high quality. E.G. Senseo coffee machine, SodaStream, large refrigerator ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME free of charge on the TV.

To the roof construction - Three rooms on the Baltic Sea

Minimum stay: 2 nights! Three rooms: A private bedroom, a private kitchen & a private bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. 3 people can also sleep in the room as it would be big enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. To our family I, my wife and our two sons (7 years and 5 years) as well as our female dog belong to our family.

The apartment (47 m2) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 persons + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Vacation from the first minute. That is our motto and we are creating the framework for it:) Take a look at the pictures and read the property description. From the 3rd guest, the price increases by 5 euros. No hidden additional costs for towels, bed linen, cleaning. The municipality of Schönberg charges a tourist tax. 1.50 / 3.00 euros per adult/night. Our 100 sqm apartment in the basement is - 600m from the Baltic Sea beach - perfect for relaxing - between Kiel and Eckernförde and (almost) directly on the cliff. You will love our accommodation because of - the cozy atmosphere in shooting weather - the warming sauna and the fireplace including wood - the well-equipped kitchen and proximity to nature + the sea. The applicable tourist tax must be paid at arrival. Dogs are allowed to request extra.
