Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddle board and rowboat. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub.

Log cabin on the shore of a quiet lake

On a forested hilltop, by the lake, a log cabin with thick logs that exude peace. The cottage has a high living room, a fireplace, a small kitchen, a massive wood sauna with molding boards and shower, a dressing room, a toilet, a loft for sleeping, and a downstairs bedroom, a spacious porch, and a separate fire pit. 2 spare mattresses. The cottage is located next to heifers of traditional forest pastures. The place's atmospheric peculiarity is the occasional heifers' bell cling, or a herd arriving for a drink on the adjacent shore.

In 2020, this magnificent villa will be hand-carved from a couple of hundred-year-old Karelian reels. The huge viewing window gives a spectacular view over the water. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by a 6-person outdoor hot tub, a large hot tub and a stove. No pets, no smoking. Bed linen 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

Villa Rautjärvi (Free transport from Mikkeli)

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

This oasis of relaxation is a stunning, unique architectural ensemble on the tip of the peninsula, with space to breathe and calm down. The cottage is located by a clean Suvasvesi. Next to the main cottage, there is a summertime sleeping fence with a stunning panorama of lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge deck area connects the main cottage, sleeping fence, and dock complex with lots on the beach, and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here:).

Summergottage at Suvasvesi lake in Vehmersalmi

Gottage is situated by Suvasvesi lake nearby Vehmersalmi village, built -83 and totally renovated -18 when a totally new sauna was built. Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.

Kohteesta löytyy kaksi kajakkia, soutuvene ja mahdollisuus vuokrata myös palju (kesäaikaan) ja moottorivene sekä kalastusopaspalveluita! Yrityksemme ammattimainen kalastus käyttää mökillä olevaa laituria, eli kalalle kuljetaan laiturin kautta.

The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.

Löytyy myös inventteri Pieni mökki kahdelle ihmiselle kirkasvetisen ja kalaisan Juojärven lahden pohjukassa omassa rauhassaan. Laiturilta pääsee uimaan ja ranta syvenee nopeasti. Tupakointi mökin sisätiloissa on kielletty. Juojärvessä ei ole sinilevää. Järvessä puhdas vesi uida.
