Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. We also have a trampoline, a campfire place and a boat. Welcome to your holiday! Traditional Finnish lakeside cottage with beach, sauna, trampoline, and a boat. Perfect for families of 4-5 people.

Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you will spend a relaxing holiday with your loved ones, family or friends. The cottage is located 38 km from the center of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a kitchenette with an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, a glazed terrace with infrared heaters and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air heat pump and municipal water. Large lawn yard. The house is located next to Joutenvesi Nature Reserve - between Kolovesi and Linnansaari National Parks. The unique small islands, coves, and rugged rocky beaches of the water can be explored by a rowboat or kayak included in the rental price. Saimaannorppas are also comfortable in these clean waters of natural tranquility.

Kohde soveltuu loistavasti myös etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Tarvittaessa liinavaatteet järjestyy majapaikasta.

Käytössä ilmalämpöpumppu ja takka. Lähellä hyvät kalastus-, marjastus- ja ulkoilumaastot. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. Vuokraajan käytössä sup-lauta ja soutuvene sekä wifi-yhteys. The property has stunning views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved country road. There are neighbors on the property. The mini-house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building dates back to 2024. The accommodation is ideal for those interested in hiking, cycling, fishing and paddling.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.
