Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddle board and rowboat. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace are in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowing boat, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10€/person, final cleaning 80€ extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two bedrooms, toilet and sauna facilities Underfloor heating, an air source heat pump and a fireplace ensure a comfortable temperature all year round. The holiday is crowned by a 6-person outdoor hot tub, a large hot tub and a stove. No pets, no smoking. Bed linen 15€/person, final cleaning 120€.

The sandy beach that opens to the south is well suited for children's water play, and there's plenty to do in the cottage and nearby. We also have a trampoline, a fire pit, and a boat. The property has stunning views, but it is only about 300 meters from the paved road. The property has neighbors. The tiny house was completed in 2025 and the sauna in the adjacent building is from 2024. The accommodation is perfect for people interested in hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking.

Kohteesta löytyy kaksi kajakkia, soutuvene ja mahdollisuus vuokrata myös palju (kesäaikaan) ja moottorivene sekä kalastusopaspalveluita! Yrityksemme ammattimainen kalastus käyttää mökillä olevaa laituria, eli kalalle kuljetaan laiturin kautta.

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. However, if needed, linens will be arranged from the home you stay in.

The balcony shines in the evening sun, so the temperature in the apartment is pleasant even in the heat.
