The apartment is cozy, clean and bright. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (and quite a few extras, such as an air heat pump and a washing machine). The location of the apartment is convenient — nearby, for example, there are natural sites on the UKK route to the Kolin National Park, a cafe, a shop and green walking routes. Päivi is exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Communication with him is also smooth. I highly recommend!

This apartment is well appointed with terrific views of the lake and Kuopio tower. Easy walk to the lake, center of town, and many restaurants. A grocery store is in the complex and train, bus station, and car rental there as well. This is a great Kuopio location.

Amazing luxury home right in the center of Joensuu, close to everything. The spa department was lovely and everything was working just fine. The host is helpful and gave clear instructions. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a night while travelling for business. The place is superb, very clean, a high quality home. Check-in was so convenient, the place was closely located to the city (by car) and plenty of space ensured we all had our privacy. Warm recommendation!

We are staying with Martin again. A completely perfect accommodation near the center of Kuopio. In a quiet area in front of the lake. The apartment has everything you need. Great sleeping places, sauna, well-equipped kitchen, yard and great pictures to admire. We will definitely return to Kortteri on our future trips to Kuopio.

We spent a weekend here with a group of 12 friends and had an absolutely amazing time in these stunning surroundings. The place is beautifully designed and offers a wide range of activities for all tastes. We especially enjoyed the sauna with its gorgeous scenic view — a perfect way to relax and unwind. We also did yoga on the terrace, made great use of the fully equipped kitchen for group cooking, and had a blast playing yard games outside. This place truly has everything you need for a memorable getaway, whether you’re looking to relax or stay active. Highly recommended!

The villa is beautifully and restfully decorated and very bright. Spotlights bring a cozy vibe. The beds are very good. We needed blackout curtains. Reflector vests and headlamps can be found in the coat rack. The dishes are well and beautiful. There are all the tools for cooking. Vacationers felt very welcome. It was pleasant to do business with the landlady. There were three generations of us spending a holiday week in this beautiful and cozy log villa.

This cottage is big and very suitable for our extended family vacation.

We spent a relaxing Midsummer with 5 adults and one child. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The cottage was clean and had everything you needed. The plus is the good frying pan, where the sausages were fried really delicious. It was nice to sit in the tasty steam of the lakeside sauna for a long time, after which you could dive into the clean lake. It was good for the child that the beach had a hard sandy bottom that deepened gently.

We rented Nooras place for 4 days on our visit to Joensuu. Great situated (train station, stores close and city accesible with a small walk). Parking place directly in front of the house which was great. Overall we had an awesome time here! 🌸
