It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Our agriturismo on Hemmelsdorfer See is an almost 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Hemmelsdorfer See not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses were created. The apartment 4 is located on the garden side and can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambience.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

My place is a complete apartment in the extension of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck zu Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the porch, the view of the water of the Trave, the fantastic sunrises over the water. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The beautiful view of the lake invites you to relax and unwind. A private jetty for swimming, fishing and rowing is available, as well as a small playground for children. Nearby, there are numerous things to do for the whole family.
