Mit dem Fahrrad in 7 Min. bis zur Strandpromenade (ohne Parkplatzsuche), Baden, Bummeln oder Eisessen oder zu Fuß von der Haustür aus am exklusiven Badezugang ein Bad im See nehmen und einen Drink in der Abendsonne genießen. In the east wind, you can hear the sea rushing 100 m away. The seagulls always tell you their stories. Then you can use the elevator to get off right outside the apartment door. A cool beer awaits you in the apartment to greet you.... Of course, you have clarified in advance whether you prefer to bring your own bedding.

Our bright and cozy 2-roomapartment invites you to linger on approx. 42 square meters. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Apartment Niendorf Hafen

The cozy apartment directly on the Niendorf harbor offers you and her family a great place to stay by the sea. Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen, you can feed yourself optimally. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).

Spacious three-room flat in the historical center

Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Die Straße ist mit ihrem Kopfsteinpflaster, den historischen Häusern und seinen vielen Gängen eine der typischen Lübecker Altstadtstraßen. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.
