Newly renovated bright apartment on the ground floor in a detached house in Lysbro, 3 km from the center of Silkeborg. There is access to the garden, terraces and pavilion, views of Lysbro forest and from our garden there is direct access to Lyså. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Our home is close to the lake and forest and there are good opportunities for hiking and cycling. You can also use the mountain bike trails in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Centrally located with free parking, and electric charging stations right in front of the house. Grocery store with bakery and delicatessen. Pizza on the same street. There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors

The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private terrace area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and birdlife. There are two large bedrooms that can sleep 3 and 4 people, respectively. Baby alarm and blackout curtains in both rooms. Gratis parkering ved boligen. Plads til 2-3 gæstebiler! Jeg bor selv ovenpå i huset sammen med en hund og en kat. Kæledyr må medbringes efter aftale mod et gebyr på 500 kr pr ophold.

Oldes Hytte

On a hilltop with panoramic views of the entire southwestern corner of Limfjorden is Oldes Hytte. The cottage, which is from 2021, accommodates up to 6 guests, but with its 47 m2, it also appeals to couples, girlfriend weekends and time alone. The price includes electricity. Remember to bring bedding and towels. It is possible, for a fee, to charge an electric car with a Refuel Norwesco charger. We expect the cottage to be left as it is received.
