The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. Welcome to our cozy apartment in the Neumann guest house. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (1 box spring bed), living/dining room, kitchen, shower room and balcony. You can also use our large garden with seating areas. The apartment is located in Osterode in the Freiheit district and can be used for vacation or for long-term tenants. A parking space, Wi-Fi and a lockable room for bicycles are also available.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

You will move into a granny apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in my house in a quiet location on the outer city wall. A fully automatic coffee machine, a microwave, a Dominokochfeld and a fridge with freezer compartment are part of the kitchen equipment as well as dishes for up to 6 people. The cozy and modern apartment is on the first floor and has its own garden access.

Das 42 qm (2 Zimmer) große Apartment "Chalet Emma 2" in Sankt Andreasberg wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail im Jahr 2021/2022 vollständig kernsaniert. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in zentraler, aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Das Apartment zeichnet insbesondere eine moderne Ausstattung im gemütlichen Chaletstil sowie den herrlichen Blick auf den Matthias Schmidt Berg aus.

Bungalow between the sound of the forest and the chirping of birds: the ideal place to escape from everyday life. In 2020, as a family project, we renovated the bungalow with natural materials. Minimalist design between Scandi Chic and built-in forest. Hiking in the Harz Mountains or relaxing on the sofa - our accommodation fulfills all vacation wishes.

Lütte Hütte

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
