The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The apartment Marina is located in the spa area of Bad Segeberg! Lake Segeberg and the spa clinics are very close by. The spacious 3-room apartment, which is located in the rear courtyard of Villa Hoffnung, can accommodate up to six people. Vacation home in a beautiful environment. Bright and nicely furnished. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The sunny terrace is perfect for a cozy breakfast. A private lake can be used for fishing by arrangement. With some luck, children can also ride on a tractor. Ideal starting point for cyclists, hikers and city strollers. The Pirschbach Valley, right outside the front door, is popular for exploring the flora and fauna.

A beautiful end terrace house near Hamburg in a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious garden, two terraces and an additional covered seating/dining area. The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away).
