The apartment is located in a family house. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 min. to downtown Erlangen. Shopping within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are provided. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.

You will stay on a former farm with a listed, 420-year-old barn, which we have lovingly renovated. You will stay in a completely independent part of the barn with a private entrance. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining kitchen. On the second floor is the bedroom and a cozy sofa corner that invites you to relax.
